Again? Really?

For the second time in 4 days I run into hand washing instructions in a public bathroom. What, are we becoming hygiene stupid? This time there's only 6 steps. Somebody out there needs to standardize this thing. Otherwise there's too much confusion. Obama, what are you going to do about this?
